NBF 2014 – Sydney, NSW
Metropolitan Baptist Church would like to invite you to the National Baptist Fellowship Meetings for 2014. The dates for these important meetings are Tuesday, 30 September, through to Thursday, 2 October, 2014. All of the sessions will be held at The King’s School in North Parramatta.
Our theme for the meetings this year is taken from Proverbs 22:28, “Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set.” Our prayer is that this conference will encourage the redeemed of the Lord to continue to stand upon the Word of God in faith and practice.
We will be honoured to have Dr. Charles R. Curtman from the Cornerstone Baptist Church, Wildwood, Missouri, as our main speaker. We will also look forward to hearing from national pastors.
This year marks the fortieth anniversary of Metropolitan Baptist Church, and we will be honoured to have our founding pastor, Marvin Matthews, and his wife, Pat, with us for a special day of celebration on Sunday, 28 September, 2014. The Matthews will be present and ministering at the NBF as well.
One of the unique aspects of the NBF is that it ministers to the whole family. We will have special ministries for school-aged children and for teens; and we will also have nursery during the conference.
I trust that you will plan to attend NBF 2014. The preaching will be soul- stirring; the teaching will be practical; the music will be sacred; the testimonies will be edifying; and the fellowship will be sweet. Glory to God!
