If you died right now would you go to Heaven? Here’s how you can be 100 percent sure.
STEP 1 – Admit that you are a sinner.
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23).
Everyone, including you, has fallen short of Heaven because of our individual sin.
STEP 2 – Understand that your sin separates you from God.
For the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23).
The penalty for our sins is death, separation from God for eternity in a literal burning Hell.
STEP 3 – Believe Christ died for your sins.
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8).
God so loved you that he sent his sinless son, Jesus Christ, to die in your place on the cross, paying the entire penalty for your sin.
STEP 4 – Understand that eternal life is not earned, but is received by faith.
The gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 6:23).
Forgiveness of sins and assurance of Heaven cannot be earned by good works or religion.
Trusting in works and religion will send you to Hell.
Salvation is a gift – the receiver cannot pay for it.
STEP 5 – Invite Christ to be your personal saviour by prayer.
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved (Romans 10:13).
Only faith in Jesus Christ can save you from your sin. “Whosoever” means you.
Right now is the best time to call on Christ for salvation.
